Inspection of Your Product Shipment
Upon receiving all products from BodyKitsExtreme.com, please follow the following guidelines...
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments. Inspect the shipping box and merchandise for any cracks, shortages or damages. The box leaves our facility fully inspected and in perfect condition.
Any damage(s) should be brought to the attention of the delivery driver and noted by the driver on all copies of the delivery receipt. The driver's first and last name should be included in his note of the damage(s).
Be sure to take photos of the damage(s) to the product when delivered.
Any damages in shipment are the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. BodyKitsExtreme.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However as a courtesy of a seller, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
Damages after acceptance of Product(s)
Returns and Refunds will not be issued due to damages to body kits and other products as the results of buyer or anyone who caused the product to be altered, damaged, blemished or the product has been used or installed on any vehicle. Once the product has been installed or attempted to be installed, we will not accept any returns.
Returns
All products returned to BodyKitsExtreme.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by BodyKitsExtreme.com. The RMA is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. The RMA along with the product must be returned to BodyKitsExtreme.com first before replacement or refund will be sent.
All products returned must be in original condition with all items, packaging, including shipping carton, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
Tips: do not throw away your original part(s)!
Customer must pay all shipping fees on any return purchase.
Please verify all orders at time of purchase to make sure you have ordered the correct product.
Please read the labels on the boxes when you receive the product. Returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing it is not grounds for a return.
When contacting us, please have available the product purchase number, date of purchase, buyers name & address and reason for return.
To contact us, click on the Contact Us Button found at the bottom of the page to request an RMA number and return instructions. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.
No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items or custom order items.
Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise
Manufactured damage or if fitment is off by extreme margins due to defective manufacturing and the product was not altered, damaged or blemished by the buyer or anyone the buyer allowed to handle, a refund will be considered.
In processing your claim, we require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager at BodyKitsExtreme.com before an RMA is approved. Include general and close up photos of the defect(s) and in comparison to where it was to be placed or mounted on the vehicle.
Defective merchandise (but only where BodyKitsExtreme.com is providing shipment) may be returned to BodyKitsExtreme.com for full credit, but only upon verification by BodyKitsExtreme.com of such defect or damage. A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by BodyKitsExtreme.com. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form, the claim approval from BodyKitsExtreme.com and the returned merchandise.
Claims must be submitted to BodyKitsExtreme.com no more than ten (10) working days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns; Exchanges; Good Merchandise
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by BodyKitsExtreme.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
- Return/Exchange of merchandise in totally re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from BodyKitsExtreme.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
- Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from your BodyKitsExtreme.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 30% restocking charge, except that BodyKitsExtreme.com merchandise returned in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returned part number shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
- Merchandise classified by BodyKitsExtreme.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
- Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
- Buyer must pay all return transportation charges.
- Buyer must obtain and complete an RMA form, issued by BodyKitsExtreme.com, for any good merchandise return or exchanges.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by BodyKitsExtreme.com.
- Any returns for non-fitment or quality issues will require high quality digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved. If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact BodyKitsExtreme.com right away. If your credit card has already been charged there will be a 10% order processing fee assessed. If your item has already been shipped then you must follow the return policy stated above after receiving the product.
- Order cancellations will take up to 48 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
